We get questions on certain shipping policies from time to time. I'll try to cover the most common procedural questions we get. Our shipping department will be happy to answer any others you might have.

1. ) We charge shipping on all new orders and upgrades, as upgrades are cl***ified as a new purchase.

2.) For international shipments, we CANNOT put a zero value on the invoice. Regardless of it being a repaired item or new purchase. The value on the invoice of a repair is so that there is insurance against shipping damage or loss on the unit. This is to protect you and us. If your country's customs entity charges you duties and/or taxes on a repaired item, it is your responsibility to dispute the charges. We will do what we can as far as documentation is concerned. We WILL NOT accept duties/taxes charges billed back against our account. If you refuse and we are billed, you will be billed by us for that amount.
